This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment.

Winter 2021/22 - Middle School


Laker Performance is a Strength & Conditioning program is offered to all Prior Lake athletes’ grades 7th and 8th during the 2021/22 school year. The goal of our Strength & Conditioning Program is to provide athletes the best opportunity to improve their athletic performance in the off-season.  Athletes will train safely, consistently, sensibly, and be motivated by other teammates as well as members from the Laker Coaching Staff. 


Winter – Middle School Laker Performance


Days – Tuesdays and Thursdays

Dates – January 4th through February 24th (8 Weeks)

Times – 2:30 to 4:00 pm

Location – TOMS Middle School Weightroom


$100.00 Fee – (To: Laker Sports Performance)  With payment

1.  Use of the Middle School weight room during Laker Performance hours

2.  Instruction and Motivation from Qualified Coaches who are directly involved with Prior Lake Athletics

3.  Team bonding and motivation with other Prior Lake Athletes – TEAM Training = LAKER PRIDE


Laker Performance Attendance

These are attendance based program, WE NEED ATHLETES HERE DAILY.   PLEASE COMMUNICATE WITH US.  


Laker Performance is a commitment and to get the most benefit out of it, athletes need to be here.  We train under an athletic weight training philosophy which focuses on a core group of exercises, plus auxiliary drills working, core, speed, agility, and conditioning.
