This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment.

Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately.

LAKER PERFORMANCE OVERVIEW

The Laker Performance program is offered to all Prior Lake athletes both Girls and Boys over the summer months.  We offer many different programs to meet the needs of all of our athletes based upon both age and commitment level.  The goal of our Strength & Conditioning Program is to provide athletes the best opportunity to improve their athletic performance over the summer.  Athletes will train safely, consistently, sensibly, and motivated by other teammates as well as members from the Laker Coaching Staff.

 

Summer Sessions 2024

- Summer Sessions are determined by GRADE level for Fall of 2024 – No Exceptions

- Make sure you sign up for the right grade level and the right session

- Refund Policy – 50% after a completed registration, NO Refunds AFTER start of Program

 

Session #1 ($85) – Girls Session – 9th – 12th Grade – 6:30 am to 7:30 am – Monday/Wednesday (2 Day)

Session #2 ($85) – Girls Session – 9th – 12th Grade – 6:30 am to 7:30 am – Tuesday/Thursday (2 Day)

Session #3 ($170) - Boys Session – 11th grade/12th grade – 7:30 am to 9:00 am Monday through Thursday

Session #4 ($170) - Boys Session – 10th grade – 7:30 am to 9:00 am Monday through Thursday

Session #5 ($170) - Boys Sessions – 9th grade – 9:00 am to 10:30 am Monday through Thursday

Session #6 ($170) - Boys Sessions – 8th grade – 9:00 am to 10:30 am Monday through Thursday

Session #7 ($120) – Open Weightroom – All Grades – Boys/Girls – 10:30 am to 11:30 am Monday - Thursday

Session #8 ($120) – Boys Session – 7th Grade – 10:30 am to 11:30 am Monday through Thursday

 

All Sessions

- June 10th to July 25th

– NO Training – June 19th and MSHSL Black-out Dates – July 1st – July 5th

 

With Payment:

1. Use of the weight room during Laker Performance hours, plus use of the weight room at any other time and open dates in August

2.  Instruction and Motivation from Qualified Coaches who are directly involved with Prior Lake Athletics

3.  Team bonding and motivation with other Prior Lake Athletes – TEAM Training = LAKER PRIDE

 

Laker Performance is a commitment and to get the most benefit out of it, athletes need to be here.  We train under an athletic weight training philosophy, which focuses on a core group of exercises.  To enhance our training, we will spend the first part of each day focusing on speed/agility or core/flexibility workouts and athletes will finish with strength training alternating upper body and lower body lifts or strength/explosive lifts.
